Tim Russell traveled to the Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville, Tennessee, this weekend for the CRA Super Series Budweiser 150. Russell started in the sixth spot and raced hard all afternoon to bring home an 11th-place finish. Russell was up against a stout field of 32 cars, including the likes of NASCAR Sprint Cup competitor Kyle Busch, and big names in Super Late Model racing, like Scott Hantz and Johnny VanDoorn.
Russell and his Super Late Model team will head back to his home state of Florida to New Smyrna Speedway this weekend for the Bright House Challenge Series 50 presented by Boggy Creek Airboat Rides on Saturday, August 29th.
